The ingredients needed to make Radish / Mooli Halwa:
- Provide 1 kg Radish / Mooli
- Use 1 kg Milk
- Provide 1 cup Sugar
- Take 1 cup Kohya or Milk powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp Almond chopped
- Use 2 tbsp Pistachio chopped
- Use 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Use 1 tsp Kewra water
- Take 3 tbsp Desi Ghee
Instructions to make Radish / Mooli Halwa:
- Peel and grate Radish
- Squeeze all water from radish
- Then again clean water add radish and squeeze them
- All Radish squeezed
- Boil milk in a pan add squeezed radish
- Mix and cook the grated Radish in milk on low to medium flame for 30 minutes
- Reduce the milk
- Add sugar
- Add ghee mix well at least 10 minutes
- Cook it dry till separate the ghee
- Add khoya and mix well
- Also add cardamom and Kewra water
- Dry nuts mix it
- Ready for eat
