- Combine the spinach,lemon juice &blend in a mixture to a smooth paste.Transfer the paste into a bowl,add all the remaining ingredients&knead into a semi soft dough using enough water.Cover &keep aside 10mints.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the radish &keep it aside for 10 mints.Squeeze out all the water &discard it.Add coriander green chilli &mix it well.Divide the stuffing into equal portion&keep it aside.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portion & roll each portion into a 150 mm(6")diameter roti using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.Cook them lightly on a hot non stick tawa & keep aside.Just before serving, place a same-cooked roti on a flat,dry surface,spread a portion of the stuffing on one half of the roti &fold it over to make a semi circle.
- Heat.a nonstick tawa & cook the paratha using a little oil,yill it turns golden Brown in colour from both side.Radish Spinach Paratha is ready to serve.
