- Prepare 1 Kabocha squash
- Prepare 2 Sliced ham
- Prepare 3 tbsp Frozen mixed vegetables
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp Soy milk (regular milk will do if you don't have soy milk)
- Provide 30 grams Panko
- Take 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Prepare 1 Black sesame seeds
