- 1 cup grated coconut
- 5 to 8 cashew nuts fry well…
- Till golden brown…
- Add little water grind it to paste
- Add ground paste
- Add 2 cup water close the vessel and cook for 25mints in low heat
- Bring to boil after keep simmer 10mints
- Once gravy slightly thicken oil folding on top add curry and coriander leaves
- Chicken salna ready
- Stir well 5mints
- Make masala… cinnamon 2 cloves 2 cardamom 2.. dired chilli 2.. fennel seeds 1/2tsp… cumin seed 1/2tsp… pepper corn 1/4tsp… poppy seed 1/2tsp… pinch of nutmeg saute well
