- Use flour
- Prepare Whole milk

- Crumbled your sausage and brown In skillet
- When the sausage is completely done… add flour slowly 1 tablespoon at a time

- if you added more flour do to the amount of grease that your sausage made.. you may want to add a half a cup of milk accordingly
- stir constantly until gravy has thickened
- the gravy is not completely done until it quits thinking.. if it gets to thick add in a little more milk as you go
- serve on top of biscuits or toast
