- Provide eggs
- You need 4 hard boiled eggs / peeled
- You need 1 lb pork breakfast sausage
- Use 1 cup panko japanese breadcrumbs
- Use 1/2 cup flour

- Deep fry in hot oil heated to 350°F.
- Remove when golden brown. Drain on a plate with paper toweling.
