- Take warm milk In a bowl. Add butter and allow it to melt down.
- Now add in sugar and yeast and mix well.Let it stand for 5-6 mins till it rises and fluff up.
- Now take flour, milk powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Pour the yeast water in this and mix well and form into a soft dough.
- Now grease another large bowl with oil. Put this dough in that and cover it with a wet cloth. Leave it to rise for a couple of hours till they have risen in double.
- Punch the air out of it and knead it for 5 mins. - Divide the dough into equal portion and form smooth balls out of it.
- Preheat the oven to 180 Degree C. - Brush the risen dough with milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds in it. - Bake it for 20-30 mins till the top gets nice colour.
- Remove it and you can brush the top with some butter if you want and use it accordingly
- For Burger patties-take 2 cup masala oats in a bowl, add paneer grated, onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies, green peas, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Mash everything together. Divide to 3 equal parts.
- Flatten the balls to patties. Now make thick batter of maida and salt using little water. Dip each of the patties in the batter.
- Place it on the oats crumbs.make sure the party is coated well with the oats crumbs.Fried patties using 2 tbsp oil.
- Burger preparation- firstly, in a small bowl take 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tsp chilli sauce.
- Mix well-forming burger sauce. - spread a tbsp of prepared burger sauce on the bun.
- Place a few slices of tomato, cucumber and onion slices and sprinkle salt.
