When you go grocery shopping, be smart about it. Making good decisions when obtaining groceries means that you’ll be able to eat nutritious meals without a lot of effort. At the conclusion of your day do you really want to deal with jampacked grocery stores and long waits in the drive through line? You’re going to go home and make what you have on hand. Your home should be stored with healthy foods and ingredients. This way, even when you determine that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.

There are plenty of things you can go after to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. The ingredients needed to make Spaghetti Bolognese:
  1. Prepare 1 Packet 500g spaghetti
  2. Provide 1 jar of dolmio with extra mushroom
  3. Prepare pinch Salt
  4. Use 500 grams minced meat
  5. Provide 1 Parmesan/mixed herbs any other seasoning
Instructions to make Spaghetti Bolognese:
  1. Add the minced meat to a sauce pan and cook this until the meat is brown.
  2. Once the meat is cooked then apply the dolmio sauce, make sure this is all mixed together. You can then add any further seasoning that you would like.
  3. Put water in another sauce pan and apply a pinch of salt to add flavour to the pasta. Wait for this to boil.
  4. Keep occasionally stirring the minced meat and sauce and add a lid to the sauce pan and keep on a low heat.
  5. Once the water has boiled; add all of the spaghetti to the sauce pan. This will only take around 10 minutes to cook and soften therefore keep an eye on this.
  6. When the spaghetti is soft enough, this will need to be drained. Then dish this out between the number of plates or bowls that are needed.
  7. Apply the sauce to the top of the spaghetti, then apply your mixed herbs or parmesan or both and enjoy this delicious dish!

Traditional spaghetti bolognese often uses beef and pork mince and pancetta. You might also find it with finely chopped celery (that go in with the carrots) and milk in it too. Here's a new lower-fat version of one of the pasta classics, a full-flavoured meat sauce tossed with strands of spaghetti and served with Parmesan cheese. Who doesn't love pasta drenched in a meaty tomato sauce! Another option and a family favourite is Spaghetti Carbonara, which I also make often!
