- You need Sphagetti
- Get 500 g minced meat
- Take 1 cup water
- Take 1 corn cob
- Get 2 large diced onions
- Get 1/4 tablespoon butter
- Use 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
- Use 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- Take 1/2 tablespoon oil
- Get 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
- Take 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
Steps to make Sphagetti Bolognese:
- Firstly, boil minced meat in plain water and a pinch of salt (to speed up cooking)
- Second, boil 1 cup of water for 5 minutes then add sphagetti and 1/2 tablespoon oil (to prevent it from sticking together) after 12 minutes, drain it and set aside
- Third, split cob into half and boil till bright yellow and tender
- Onto the cooking, heat up oil then add onions and fry till translucent. Proceed to add the minced meat and fry till all its water evaporates.
- Still in the same pot, for the sauce: add in 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste and hot water (hot water helps dissolve the bitterness of the tomato paste) let it cook a while and throw in 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder and 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce and let everything cook
- As everything cooks, peel the corn off the cob and add to the minced meat and 1/4 tablespoon butter and stir everything up for a few minutes and turn off the cooker
- Lastly, throw in the sphagetti to the minced meat and serve :)
