Everyone knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a wholesome and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t constantly enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. When our work day is done, most people do not wish to go to the gym. People crave junk food, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). You should be thankful to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super difficult. If you keep at it, you’ll get all of the required exercise and healthy food. Here are some basic ways to get healthy.

Go up the stairs. Rather than using an elevator, climb up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a extremely high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors early and walk the rest of the way? So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. An costly gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indicator of your health levels. You need your body to be powerful too.

The instant pot takes care of all the hard work and all the time, infusing all the When ready, drizzle with desired BBQ sauce (we recommend Stubb's!) and serve with slaw, pickles and brioche buns. But these brioche buns go so well with pulled pork (recipe here) or a grilled portobello cap burger, that it is almost unbelievable. These brioche buns not only make great burger buns but are also one of the most delicious treats I've ever had for breakfast. In my opinion, they taste best when lightly toasted.
