- Take 400 grams Chicken breast
- Get 1 dash Salt
- Use 1 tbsp Sake
- Prepare 1 Katakuriko
- Take 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce

- Remove the skin from the chicken breast, and slice the meat into 1 cm wide strips. Rub in a small amount of salt and sake and set it aside.
