  10. Use 1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar,
  11. Take 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce,
  12. Take 1 tbsp organic runny honey,
  13. Take 1 tsp sesame oil,
  14. Use 1 pinch salt

Instructions to make Sticky Honey & Sesame Chicken:
  1. Combine all of the sauce Ingredients together until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat a wok up over a high heat and add in some vegetable/cooking oil so it's around 1/2 cm high (enough to shallow fry). Whilst that heats up coat the chicken breast pieces in some cornflour, ensuring it's completely covered.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add in the chicken and fry them until cooked through, golden brown and the outside crispy. You may need to cook them in 2 batches. Once cooked lay them out on some kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
