- Take slices Ginger cut
- Take 2 inches Spring onion cut
- Get Shallots
- Take Sauce ingredients
- You need 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- You need 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- Get 1 tsp sesame oil
- You need 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Use 1/2 tsp salt
- Get 1/2 tsp sugar
