- Bring the water and salt to a boil in a pot, add macaroni and cook according to the direction on the package. Add carrot in a pot 2 minutes before the macaroni is boiled. Drain very well and let it cool.
- Combine onion, cucumber, carrot, mustard in a bowl and stir to mix. Add ham, chopped boiled egg, the pre-mixed sauce, macaroni and mix well.
- Season with sat and pepper and soy sauce.
