Every person knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a nutritious and balanced diet and get a proper workout regularly. Sadly, there isn’t often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we need to do. At the conclusion of the day, most of us want to go home, not to the gym. We want a delicious, greasy burger, not an equally scrumptious salad (unless we’re vegetarians). You will be delighted to discover that achieving good health doesn’t have to be hard. With training you can get all of the nutrients and the physical exercise that you need. Here are some hints to be as healthy as possible.

Take the stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, walk up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is totally do-able. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors early and walk the rest of the way? So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make smart choices every day is a great start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need to make your body as strong it can be.

Put the dough on wax paper to keep counter clean of food coloring. Make 7 medium balls. Make a creator in the ball and add some drops of food coloring in. Food the dough over and over working the food color through the body of the play dough. Try to keep dye away from hands and counter. I like to add a couple of drops, Fold, add drops, Fold till I get the color I want. Adding to much dye at one time will make a mess. Have fun ;)
