We all realize that, in order to really be healthful, nutritious and balanced meal plans are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we need to do. Going to the gym isn’t something people want to do when they get off from work. A delicious, grease laden burger is usually our food of choice and not a crunchy green salad (unless we are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy decisions doesn’t have to be a pain. If you are diligent you’ll get all of the activity and appropriate food choices you need. Here are some hints to be as healthy as possible.
Run the stairs. Instead of picking the elevator, ascend the stairs to your floor. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a excellent way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors early and walk the rest of the way? Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.
There are a good deal of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or limited diets. You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being smart when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Don’t forget that health isn’t only about just how much you weigh. You want your body to be powerful too.

Instructions to make Pizza dough (with yeast):

Mix the flour, yeast, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl. In a food processor, whiz together flour, yeast, olive oil, salt and water, until just combined. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Sieve the flour/s and salt on to a clean work surface and make a well in the middle.
