Steps to make Sticky Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Step 1: The Dough
  2. Add 2 envelopes of Instant Dry Yeast to 1/2 cup of water add 2 tablespoons of sugar now stir until dissolved once this dissolved set aside for 5 minutes foam up.

  6. After 1 hour it should be doubled in size now take the plastic wrap off and punch down on the dough releasing the air from the dough, then cover it back up with plastic wrap and let sit in warm spot for 30 minutes more
  7. While dough is rising for a second time go right ahead and butter your choice of pan
  8. After letting dough rise for a second time take dough onto a well floured work surface knead the dough , then roll with a rolling pin out into a large rectangle it should be 34 inches long and 21 inches wide now brush with two sticks of unsalted melted butter.
  9. Mix 2 cups of brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon together pour mixture all over the butter surface of dough
