Even just a sole flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great improvement to your system.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every single day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren’t the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. You need to help to make your body as strong you can make it.

The ingredients needed to make PAVLOVA::
  1. Take 🌻For the meringue:
  2. Take 4 egg whites
  3. Get 250 g caster sugar
  4. You need 1 tsp white vinegar
  5. You need 1 tsp cornflour
  6. Provide 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Provide 🌻For the topping:
  8. Prepare 500 g strawberries or choice of fruits, hulled and halved
  9. You need 200 g raspberries or choice of fruits, stalks removed
  10. You need 3 Tbsp icing sugar
  11. You need 350 ml double cream
Instructions to make PAVLOVA::
  1. Heat oven to 150C/130C fan/gas 2. - Using a pencil, mark out the circumference of a dinner plate on baking parchment. - Whisk 4 egg whites with a hand mixer until they form stiff peaks, then whisk in 250g caster sugar, 1 tbsp at a time, until the meringue looks glossy.
  2. Whisk in 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp cornflour and 1 tsp vanilla extract. - Spread the meringue inside the circle, creating a crater by making the sides a little higher than the middle.
  3. Bake for 1 hr, then turn off the heat and let the Pavlova cool completely inside the oven. - When the meringue is cool, take a pan and add chopped 100g of the hulled strawberries. Mix them with 100g of the raspberries and 2 tbsp icing sugar and turn the gas on stir about 1 /1/2 minute turn off flame and cool down all fruit mixture completely.
  4. Whip 350ml double cream with the remaining 1 tbsp icing sugar and spread it over the meringue. Put the all fruit mixture on the cream and finally pour the sauce over the whole lot.
