- Now mix wet batter with dry batter.now in a separate bowl whisk egg whites add 2 pinch of cream of tartar.whisk till foamy.
- Now slowly fold the batter with egg white mixture.now heat your pan on slow flame. Put some butter then put heart or any shape rings.now pour batter.fill it up and cover the lid for 2 mins then turn
