  11. Prepare 1 lb and a half ground beef
  12. Take sauce for the top of the meatloaf
  13. Use 1 cup bbq sauce
  14. Use 1/3 cup sundried tomato vinegarette
  15. Provide around the meatloaf
  16. You need 2 can whole white potatoes ( you can use regular potatoes i was just too lazy)

  1. preheat oven to 350°
  2. mix the bbq sauce and sundried tomato vinegarette set aside
  3. add all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand mix until well mixed
  4. mold loaf into whatever shape you want
  5. spray deep baking dish with cooking spray and place loaf in pan.
  6. add canned whole potatoes around the sides of the meatloaf
  7. pour sauce over all of it and make sure it coats the meatloaf well and evenly
  8. cover with foil and bake for 15 min. then take it out and take off foil. cook for another 15-20 min.
  9. add more sauce before putting it back in if needed.
  10. after baking for the last 15-20 min take out and set boiler to 500°
  11. once boiler is heated to temp place meatloaf uncovered on top rack and broiled 3-5 min to brown top a bit.
  12. let cool for ten min before serving
