The ingredients needed to make Dutch Babies:
  1. You need 3/4 cup AP flour
  2. Use 3/4 cup milk
  3. Use 3 eggs
  4. Provide 1 pinch salt
  5. Provide 2 tbsp butter
Steps to make Dutch Babies:
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Whisk together all of the ingredients, except for the butter.
  3. Melt the butter in a cast iron skillet on medium heat.
  4. Swirl the butter to coat the skillet. Whisk the excess butter into the batter, then pour the batter into the greased skillet and slide the skillet into the oven.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes. The goal is to get it to puff up big. Mine were kinda disappointing this time around. I'll add another pic if I can make a better one next time.
