  2. Add 1tbsp maida sauted more mints.A dd 1.5 cup water,thime & balckpepper powder mix it well.cook another mints.Off the gas.Blend the sauted mixture.
  3. Heat a pan add mushroom paste,1.5cup milk,1tbsp fresh cream,salt mix it well.Cooked 5 mints.Off the gas.Creamy mushroom soup is ready to serve.

Method Place the porcini in a small dish, add boiling water just to cover, and leave to soak.
