Steps to make Pav bhaji:
- Boil and mashed potatoes.
- Roughly chop the veggies, boil them and mash them.
- Heata pan put oil, half of butter,chopped onions and fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and further cook for few minutes.
- Add above-mentioned spices and mix well,
- Add mashed potatoes and mashed vegetables, mix well add water as required, cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
- Mash the cooked bhaji with a masher and cook till the pan leaves oil.
- Heat a tawa. Cut the pav in the centre and put butter on tawa, sprinkle red chilli powder and toast the pav.
- Transfer the hot bhaji in a serving bowl. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves top up with finely chopped onions.serve with buns.
