  1. Get medium Potato chopped
  2. You need chopped Cauliflower

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Pressure cook the chopped potato, cauliflower, carrot with water and salt for 2 whistles
  2. Mash the vegetables well into a little chunky texture.
  3. Heat 2-tablespoons oil and 2-tablespoons butter together in a pan over medium flame.
  4. Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste and sauté until onion turns translucent.
  5. Add chopped capsicum, chopped tomato and salt and sauté until tomatoes and capsicum turn soft.
  6. Add turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder and 2-tsp pav bhaji masala powder.Stir and cook for a minute.
  7. Add little water, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Now add the mashed vegetables,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.Turn off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Bhaji is ready for serving
  9. Cut the pav buns horizontally into halves and toast them on medium flame using a tablespoon of butter and lil Pav Bhaji masala
  10. Transfer prepared bhaji to a serving bowl and garnish with a cube of butter and serve hot with butter toasted pav, sliced onion and lemon wedges.
