Everybody knows that in order to truly be healthy you need to eat a wholesome and balanced diet and get a proper amount of exercise. Sadly, there isn’t always enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. Working out at the gym isn’t something people make time for when they get off from work. People crave salty and sweet, not veggies (unless they are vegetarians). You should be pleased to learn that getting healthy doesn’t always have to be super difficult. If you are conscientious you’ll get all of the activity and healthy food choices you need. Here are some basic ways to get healthy.
Walk up the stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, climb up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as plausible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a fantastic way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an attempt on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when walked up or down a few times a day–can be a great boost to your system.
There are a whole lot of things that factor into getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every single day, can do plenty to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent when you choose your food and actions is where it begins. Looking to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don’t forget that health isn’t only about how much you weigh. You need your body to be strong too.

- Prepare all the ingredients required as mentioned in the ingredients list.
- In a cast iron skillet or non stick pan, add oil and put 'ON' the stove. Keep the flame on medium low or low….adjust flame accordingly….this preperation doesn't require high flame. Add onion and saute it, add green chillies, peas and little salt and saute & cook for few minutes.
- Add red bellpepper and saute it then add ginger garlic paste and all dry spices- turmeric powder, cummin powder, crushed black pepper and red chilli powder (non spicy one) and about 1/4 cup water and mix well and saute for 5 minutes or so. Then add the chopped green Coriander leaves and green onion and cook for 5 minutes or so.
- After that add the chopped tomatoes, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes till the tomatoes are well cooked, add water as required, so that it doesn't dry up and burn. Then add the boiled cube potatoes and mix and cook for few minutes.Check salt, add if required. Add little water if needed.Check the consistency of the gravy, it should not be too watery nor dry.
- Once the gravy base is ready, the flame should be at LOW till the eggs are done. With the help of the spatula make space for the eggs in the gravy. I only made a big space in the centre, you can do that in whatever way you want to place the eggs. Put the eggs and cover it with a lid and cook for about 5-6 minutes or till the eggs are done (the yolk should be runny, don't overcook the eggs). Once done, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with Flat breads or any breads. Bon Appetit ! - (see recipe)
