  1. Pound your chicken to about 1/4 inch thick pieces
  2. Dip chicken in eggwash, then flour, back to your eggwash, and then coat with your bread crumbs.
  3. Heat your skillet to medium-high heat or until your oil is 350°F just enough oil to coat your pan.
  4. Fry your chicken on each side for atleast 3 min or according to thickness of your chicken . When done place on napkin to drain grease.
  5. Fill a large pot with about 4 cups of water add your salt and oil for noodles. Add noodles when water starts to boil. Cook until al dente about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Place your noodles on a plate and distribute evenly. Pour pasta sauce on top of your noodles .(if you like you can toss your noodles in the pasta sauce if you prefer) place your fried chicken on top of your noodles and place a slice of provolone on top of your chicken and add more pasta sauce to top it off.
  7. Place in oven until cheese is melted .
