  2. Provide 1/2 white onion , finely diced
  3. You need 1 can beans re - fried
  4. Prepare 1 Cup cream cheese
  5. Get 1 Cup sour cream
  6. Prepare 1/4 Teaspoon cumin ground
  7. You need 1/4 Teaspoon chilly red flakes
  8. You need To Taste salt

Instructions to make Re-fried Bean Dip:
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add the red chilly flakes and garlic. sautee well.
  3. Add the onion and sautee till it turns translucent.
  4. Add a tiny bit of salt (to help the onions sweat down) and continue cooking till the onions turn a pale golden color.
  5. Add the re-fried beans to the pan, and mix thoroughly.
