- Mix ground beef, onion, stuffing and salt and pepper together. Roll into balls(about the size of golf balls). Brown in a non-stick pan until brown on all sides.
- Meanwhile heat crockpot to 350*. Strain chili sauce over pot and add grape jelly. If you want more sauce add 1c. jelly to every 2 jars of chili sauce. Jelly will melt as pot gets hot.
- Put meatballs in crockpot with the sauce and cook for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
