  1. In a pressure cooker add the pasta with enough water, salt and few drops of oil and give 3 whistles.
  2. Once the pressure is released remove the cooker and drain the excess water from the cooked pasta.
  3. Now in a wide pan, add oil when hot add onions, when they become translucent add ginger garlic paste and mix until the raw smell goes away.
  4. Meanwhile grind the tomato and add the paste to the mixture. Add all other spices and keep mixing till the oil starts to ooze out of the mixture.
  5. Now add the chopped vegetables to it and mix well. Once the vegetables are cooked well add the cooked pasta to it… keep mixing in which the pasta is getting coated well with the masala.
  6. Finally add the chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
