- Use 500 g icing
- Get 3 tablespoons glucose syrup
- You need Food colours pink red and blue
- Use 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Use 1/4 teaspoon mint essence
- Get Egg white

- Sieve icing sugar
- Add egg white
- Add glucose syrup (used my home made glucose syrup)
- Add Vanilla and mint (I prefer using the mints top to measure a quarter of it so enough for the fondant
- Knead the mixture to make a dough
- Cut three equal pieces
- In each add a different colour kneading to consistency
- Make sure you thoroughly wash your hands before attending to the next colour this prevents making a strange colour that was unexpected
