- Get 1 every veggie imaginable.. broc, cauliflower, carrots celery red green yellow peppers, green beens, onion, baby corn
- You need 1 marinated tofu
- Prepare 1 hokien noodles
- Get 1 your favourite stir fry sauce, I used hot garlic and ginger

- Chop all the veggies to bite size pieces
- Chop the tofu into cubes
- Put a wok on high heat and add oil, preferably peanut oil
- Throw in all veggies and tofu and stir fry. Keep veg moving at all times
- Add noodles to a bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit 2 mins.
- Add sauce and drained noodles to wok, turn down heat, stir all together until sauce warm
Add the remaining teaspoon of oil and all the vegetables to the pan at the same time. Add the peppers, broccoli and spring onions,. When the vegetables have some color and have softened a bit, add the sauce and stir. Then add the tofu and stir to coat.
