The ingredients needed to prepare Fattoush:
  1. Prepare 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  2. You need 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses (optional)
  3. You need 2 teaspoon sumac (ground)

  14. Prepare Scallions chopped
  15. Provide Parsley
  16. Get Pita chips on top (not seen in photo)
Steps to make Fattoush:
  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Place in a large bowl
  3. Mix veggies
  4. Add all your dry/wet ingredients. With veggies
  5. Then mix
  6. Don’t forget to taste as you go because you don’t want it to be too tart/sour
