- Heat a pan with a tbsp of oil. Add crushed garlic and saute. Add the onion and capsicum. Saute for a minute. Add the sauce mix, vinegar. Mix everything well and then add the fried chicken and the slurry (cornflour solution) and give everything a good boil. Sprinkle crushed pepper and switch off.
