- Take 1 box of orzo pasta.
- Prepare 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, diced
- Use 1 onion (yellow, red, white, whichever you like), diced

- Take 1 About 1 cup of cilantro, chopped.
- Take 1 jar of sundried tomatoes with the oil
- Provide 1 Kosher salt or sea salt to taste
- Use 1 About 2/3 of a cup of avocado oil.
Instructions to make Savory Orzo Salad:
- Cook orzo pasta according to box directions.
- Meanwhile start cutting the bell peppers, onion, cilantro, sundried tomatoes and garlic.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl plus the avocado oil and salt.
- Drain the orzo pasta. After draining pour the pasta with the rest of ingredients. Mix very well. Taste to see if it needs more or less salt.
