Stir for few minutes then add sauces like soy & oyster sauce. Season with sugar & salt. Taste & adjust. Cook over high heat and keep stirring until meat is nicely dried & lightly sticky.
  4. This minced meat is used not only as fillings but also serve on top of dry chinese noodles. We use this not only with noodles, but also pasta & porridge. Added once porridge half cooked & let it simmer for almost an hour over small fire or low heat. Keep This versatile minced meat in airtight container and store in the fridge. It can last more than a week. Always Use dry & clean spoon & microwave before serving.
