  2. Take 3 medium Eggplants
  3. You need 3 medium Green peppers, thick
  4. Take 3 tbsp Miso
  5. Take 1 and 1/2 tablespoon Beet sugar (or cane sugar, or sugar of your choice)
  6. You need 100 ml Water
  7. You need 1 tsp Soy sauce
