- Get 1 pack meatballs, I used chorizo meatballs
- Prepare 2 leeks, sliced
- Take 6-7 spring onions, sliced

- Prepare the vegetables.
- In a frying pan or wok heat the rapeseed oil and add the meatballs and cook through. Once done transfer to plate lined with kitchen roll.
