- Wash and clean these bones thoroughly and keep them aside.
- In a pressure cooker, heat Ghee and add Bay leaves at first followed by all the Spices one by one. Add chopped onion along with the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two.
- Now add the bones as well as the green chillies, coriander leaves and the turmeric powder. Mix well and pressure cook for 10-12 whistles. Don't forget to add water to it before placing the lid.
- After the pressure settles down, open the lid and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes more. Adjust water quantity if you need to at this point but add hot water only if necessary. The consistency depends upon one's own choice.
- This tastes heaven when slow cooked for nearly 2 hours. This was what my grandma did but I do not that everytime. I do follow it but also pressure cook this just as I did today.
