- Cover it with a clinc film or dumb kitchen towel……put it on direct sunlight for it to rise……for 1hr
- Now it has risen well, knead again a little…..
- Cut a little bunch, roll it out not too thick or thin…….cut it out with a cutter but if you don't have use a cup and a bottle top….
- This is how they should be……cover them with a dumb kitchen towel allow them to rise for 10mins again….
- Heat up your frying oil and fry till golden brown….
