Al agregarlo irlo deshaciendo con las manos. Salpimientar al gusto.
  4. En el otro sartén agregar a la cebolla la carne y dejarla cocer. Puedes agregar consomé de vegetales en polvo previamente diluido con agua si deseas un toque con más sabor y la carne menos seca. Salpimientar al gusto. Agregar la zanahoria rallada al gusto para darle un sabor ligeramente dulce.
  5. Después de 30 minutos (mínimo o puedes dejar más tiempo la masa reposar) con un rodillo extender la masa sobre la mesa. Hasta que quede lo más delgada posible sin que se rompa fácilmente. Una vez que la masa este aplanada puedes ir haciendo pequeños cortes en forma de círculo (puedes usar un vaso para ayudarte).
