- You need 4 Pounds Raw Potatoes [cut into 1" cubes]
- Use 1 Box Lipton Onion Soup Mix [use the 2 packets included]
- Prepare 1/4 cup Garlic Frying Oil Or Olive Oil [you may need a bit more]
- You need 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- Take 1/2 tsp Salt & Black Pepper
- You need 1 tbsp Dehydrated Onions
- Take 1/2 cup Green Onions [chopped-cut extra for garnish]

- Cut potatoes, rinse until clear. Then, place them into clean ice water for about 30 minutes. This step is important as it will make your potatoes crispier on the outside and more moist on the inside.
- Heat oven to 425°.
